August 2024 in the Garden

It is full harvest season! We have tomatoes, eggplant, squash, beans, potatoes and more that need to be harvested or we lose them to pesky critters or the weather. We are currently donating our crops to Elijah’s Promise and Replenish Food Pantry. See our lates harvests below.

With 402 pounds of potatoes and a week of rainy weather, we spent a lot of time processing them to be ready for our clients!
